Dr. Larry L. Craft
Over a period of 25 years as a manager, CEO, and consultant to business and industry, Dr. Larry L. Craft developed and administered over 1,000,000 employment tests and personally interviewed over 5,000 managers and organizational leaders. As a result of this research, Dr. Craft developed a comprehensive employee selection system that assesses the “Three Dimensions of Success” and helps employers hire and develop peak performing personnel. His education includes a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Masters in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
Dr. Craft has helped design the selection and employee development systems for such industry giants as MetLife, Wells Fargo, Hilton, Xerox, Farm Bureau, Shell Oil, and Principal Financial. He is a member of The Executive Committee (TEC International) and regularly presents his leadership workshop to CEOs throughout the United States. Dr. Craft’s research has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the Journal of Psychology and nationally distributed personnel selection manuals. He is founder and CEO of CraftSystems, a human resource consulting company that specializes in employee selection, motivation, and development.
